Through the Stallental valley to the Lamsenjochhütte and down to the Eng Alm. A breathtaking hike through the Karwendel.
This breathtaking hike starts at the Bärenrast, initially winding gently through an impressive gorge forest before crossing vast alpine pastures into the high mountains to the Lamsenjochhütte (1,935 m). This tour is designed as a traverse and leads right into the heart of the Karwendel Nature Park – Austria’s largest nature park. After a leisurely lunch break at the Lamsenjochhütte, we descend to Eng – Tyrol’s largest alpine village – heading towards Großer Ahornboden.During the summer months, there is the option of taking the Eng bus back to Stans every Wednesday.
