In addition to information about our region, the SILBERCARD app also contains all offers from our partner businesses (sights, leisure facilities, etc.) including the routing there, as well as tips on leisure activities, events and catering establishments. In addition, the app offers comprehensive weather information, special offers from our region and much more.

All your benefits are available on the app, which you can either download at home before your arrival or on site. Activation is done at your host's site.
1. DOWNLOAD
.The SILBERCARD app is available to download free of charge from the Google Play Store for Android and the App Store for iOS. Download and open the app on your smartphone

2. REGISTRATION
If you have already registered once, you can log in again by clicking on "To Login".
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one via "Forgotten Password".
You can register again by clicking on "To registration".Now register with your personal data as well as with an e-mail address that can be called up immediately or with a cell phone number where you can receive SMS and save this data by clicking on "Save profile" at the top right.
Registration with e-mail address: Please now switch to your e-mail program. You will shortly receive an e-mail from the SILBERCARD administration with an activation link. If you click on this activation link, you will confirm your SILBERCARD profile and automatically enter the SILBERCARD App.
.Registration with mobile number: You will now receive an SMS with a confirmation code. Please enter this code in the app to confirm your SILBERCARD profile. After entering the code, you will automatically enter the SILBERCARD app.
.Now you can create the SILBERCARD for your accompanying persons with the button "+ Add fellow travelers". All accompanying persons from 2 years of age need their own SILBERCARD.
By swiping (moving your finger on the screen from right to left), you can view the individual cards of your family members.
Once you have created all the cards, your registration process is complete.
3. NOW YOUR SILVER CARD WILL BE ACTIVATED.
- This is done either automatically or by your host.
- Immediately after activation you will see your SILBERCARD with the QR code, as well as all the benefits you can use.
4. REDEEMING THE BENEFITS
- Ask the service partner at the cash desk for the SILBERCARD ticket .
- Please show your SILBERCARD on your cell phone, as well as all tickets of your accompanying persons, at the cash desk .
- The QR code of the SILBERCARD will be scanned by the performance partner.
Followed by you will receive a corresponding ticket and thus admission at the advantage price in the respective institution.
VALIDITY
The SILBERCARD is valid including from the day of arrival to the day of departure, and a maximum of 3 weeks per stay. The details of the benefits are always valid for the duration of your stay.
.Age regulation:
- 2 - 17 years: children's rate (at some facilities youth rate from 12 - 17 years) .
- From 18 years: adult rate .
GUESTS WITHOUT SMARTPHONE
If you do not have a smartphone, you can obtain a printed SILBERCARD on presentation of your registration form at the following locations:

General Terms and Conditions:
.The SILBERCARD is not transferable and has a personal QR code. Upon request, a photo ID must be presented. In case of misuse or suspicion of misuse, the issuer or the host is entitled and obliged to deactivate the SILBERCARD or to withhold it without replacement (in case of a printed SILBERCARD). In the event of misuse or reasonable suspicion of misuse, charges will be filed.
