Without our employees it would not be possible to offer our guests the best service and a top service. Therefore, it is our concern to give something back to the employees in tourist businesses and recreational facilities.

The SILBERCARD TEAM allows employees of tourist businesses free or reduced access to many facilities throughout the region. Thus, the advantages of a varied leisure program are obvious.

Enjoy the day at the swimming pool or explore the region's top sights, such as the silver mine or Tratzberg Castle, and tell your guests about your experiences.

Your advantages

The SILBERCARD TEAM is valid either from 01.05. - 31.10. (summer season) or from 01.11. - 30.04. (winter season) and is always activated for only one season.

THIS IS HOW IT WORKS

  • The employer fills out the SILBERCARD TEAM registration form together with the employee.
  • Then fill it out, sign it and send it to the TVB
    (email: silbercard@silberregion-karwendel.com)
  • Using this form, the TVB will activate the account and send the employee the access data.

  • Now download the free SILBERCARD app from the Google Play Store for Android or the App Store for iOS on your smartphone.

  • Log in to the SILBERCARD app with your access data. Then you will see your QR code, with which you can use and redeem all benefits.

The SILBERCARD TEAM access is valid exclusively for the employee specified in the form and is not transferable.

General Terms and Conditions:

The SILBERCARD TEAM is non-transferable and has a personal QR code. Upon request, a photo ID must be presented. In case of misuse or suspicion of misuse, the issuer is entitled and obliged to deactivate the SILBERCARD TEAM. In the event of misuse or reasonable suspicion of misuse, charges will be filed.
