Rabalderhaus

Painting, sculpture and handicrafts. The 500-year-old Rabalderhaus with its Gothic vaults and staircase is located in the centre of Schwaz.

Selected works of painting and sculpture by artists that have lived in, or worked for Schwaz, are on public display in the 15 rooms of “Art in Schwaz”.  Rabalderhaus thus provides an insight into the rich cultural history of the region.  An eight-minute film about the history of the Silver City of Schwaz is also screened in the Media Room.
