E-bikes can be used via the free "MOQO" app. The e-bike must be returned to the same station where it was rented, otherwise the charge will continue.

And this is how it works:

• Go to the Google Play or Apple App Store and get the MOQO app on your smartphone.
• Allow location & Bluetooth
• Register in the app. You must enter your credit card for the rental.
• Now select your vehicle in the app
• Enter the code (under "Pick-up info") and enter the room. Attention: Door opens automatically
• Click on "Book now" -> then click on "Redeem discount code" and enter the code from the SILBERCARD app in the MOQO app -> click on "Book for a fee
• Now move the arrow next to "Open bike" from left to right Unlock the e-bike with your mobile phone and get started.
• If you need to take a break: simply click on Stopover in the app and lock your bike
• At the end of the rental process, please park the vehicle in the designated parking space at the rental centre, connect it to the associated charging station and charge it in accordance with the terms of use.
• The hire fee is simply debited when the vehicle is returned.
