Berggasthof Rofan
Gastronomy
Mountain hut with a large terrace at 1,840 metres above sea level, right next to the mountain station of the Rofan cable car. The Hollaus family serves traditional Tirolean cuisine. The game specialties are a special tip.
When the snow conditions are good in winter, the hut is open to ski tourers on Wednesdays until 22:00.

Strenuous ascent from the valley station to the top station of the Rofan cable car at 1,840 metres. The trail covers an elevation gain of 850 metres in ca. 2.5 hours and rewards hikers with a choice of three mountain huts at the summit.
