Karwendel Nature Park Natural treasures as far as the eye can see

Nature Park of the Year 2020

The Karwendel Nature Park is a unique place where humans and animals live in harmonious harmony and coexistence. For hikers and nature lovers there are several "entrance gates" to the wonder world of the Karwendel. On foot, "her majesty" can be conquered via Stans, Vomp or Terfens in the direction of Lamsenjoch and Engalm. Alternatively, there is also the possibility to drive over the road from Hinteriss to the Eng Almen, in order to marvel at the unique Ahornboden with its numerous natural treasures from there. The stop in one of the rustic huts in Eng, the oldest alpine village in Tyrol, is actually a matter of course. The Karwendel Nature Park was chosen by an independent jury of experts as Nature Park of the Year 2020.
