The "Silver Forest" of Schwaz.

Elfenland Crystal Forest - the Schwazer Silberwald is open all year round and free of charge. You can book guided tours or take part in the varied programme.

Children's playgrounds, toilets, outdoor sports facilities and much more are at your disposal. A large forest garden is currently being made and built up in the Silver Forest. In it, only native plants and herbs are planted and cultivated. In the centre, a large insect house will be built in the middle of a circular gravel site of ten metres in diameter (because of the necessary storage heat).

Up to now, a bush and herbal path with a length of 75 meters can be visited. 200 running meters are planned for 2018. Perennials, shrubs, wild herbs, wild kitchen herbs, medicinal herbs, ferns, algae, mushrooms and much more grow in the garden. A wild herb meadow extends above the insect house. Guided tours are available by appointment.
