We are neither connected to a huge ski resort. Nor do we have huge entertainment parks like which can be found on several peaks of our precious mountains. There is no après ski. No fast and direct infrastructure, no traffic jams and no schedule…move the WAY YOU WANT and uncover true freedom.

We don’t have a Playstation or an X Box, but what we have is the forest as our greatest, most versatile and definitely most creative playground for young and old and it is located directly behind the house.
 
We have nature
And everything you need to relax. We’re remote but not secluded. Here with us, kids can be kids.
 
We have no guarantee for perfect weather, around here nature shows itself in all its beauty. Try and discover the mystical moments on the mountains in a ‘bad weather’ situation. Lay back and gaze at the panoramic view with passing wafts of mist and fog or go for a walk in the forest to find berries or mushrooms. You won’t regret having made these lingering experiences.

Appreciate the garden while the sun is setting and soak up every last ray as it starts to hide behind the mountains of the Karwendel-group followed by an impressive silhouette when the mountains are illuminated from behind.
