City Apartments Schwaz

Our city apartments are centrally located in the downtown area of the silver town of Schwaz.
You can easily reach us by public transport, and the train station is within a 15-minute walk.
All necessary shopping facilities are within walking distance, the old town is just a few steps away, where you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shopping options.

Our accommodations are rented out contactlessly. Check-in is done via a key safe.

We would like to inform you that the city apartments are located between offices and private residences.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties and celebrations are not permitted out of consideration for the neighbors.

House Rules:
We kindly ask you to leave your apartment tidy upon departure, dishes should be stored clean in the cupboard and the refrigerator should be empty. The waste disposal area is located in the basement. Here, waste is separated for disposal.
