The Biosennerei Kolsass exists since 1929 and has been specialized in soft cheese production.
At the moment we employ 8 employees. The basis for our cheese is silo-free organic hay milk, which is supplied by 8 organic farmers from the area.
Currently we process about 750,000 kg of milk annually. Many medals (eg 2nd place at the "World Cheese Award") confirm the success of our many special types of cheese. These can be admired and ordered on our website www.biosennerei.com. We look forward to seeing you at our organic shop at any time, where you can also enjoy cheese tasting. Upon request, we also prepare individual gift baskets and plates.
