Classical music in the park - "Spring"

The picturesque location of Schwazer Stadtpark provides the perfect setting for classical music in the park and the theme of the Silver Summer 2026 will itself become the program this time. Under the title Spring, violinist Sarah Kurz will perform the first concerto grosso from Antonio Vivaldi's The Four Seasons together with the string ensemble quartett.kultur.tirol. To kick off the concert, the four musicians of the quartet will engage in a little competition with the songbirds in the city park when they perform Joseph Haydn's Bird Quartet. Afterwards, the slow movement of Anton Bruckner's String Quintet in F major will be played in a twilight atmosphere. Experience the unique atmosphere under the arcades as night slowly falls and nature and its animal inhabitants finally come to rest.

The event takes place in all weathers under the shelter of the arcades.
