In HoamStories, Harry G brings the latest observations from everyday life to the stage, in which the audience often recognizes itself embarrassingly touched. Harry G does away with the Bavarian self-image of Mia san Mia and presents himself as a contemporary and cosmopolitan ambassador of the Bavarian way of life, who doesn't have much to do with kissy-face and chic. He describes his view of things in a smug and unabashed way, with so much wit, humor and physical exertion that there is not a dry eye in the house. Almost always with laughter, but sometimes also because some of the scurrilities are simply hilarious. His buddy Alfons is just as much a part of the show as self-care fanatics, start-up ingos, yoga blackbirds, smartphone junkies, Aperol fans and self-optimizers. An evening with Harry G is not a time to relax - it is an evening full of energy and subtle, yet bitterly wicked, comedy that the audience cannot escape. After a show by Harry G, you are just as exhausted as after a brisk climb up the Wallberg, but with laughter.
