weerBERGauf - MOUNTAIN KING / QUEEN

The Silberregion Karwendel Tourist Association is organizing the first charity event for ski mountaineers on Friday, January 19, 2024.

The national team of ski mountaineers from Germany and the regional squad from Bavaria are in training camp at Weerberg. So that they are really challenged, the weerBERGauf was created.

The main feature of this extraordinary event is the challenging climb of 600 meters uphill, followed by a challenging descent of 250 meters. Participants will push their physical and mental limits and prove their fighting spirit. From Weerberg village it goes high up to the mountain station Hüttegg, from there to the valley station and the inn Hüttegg downhill.

weerBERGauf is not only a challenging sporting event, but also a charitable event for the benefit of Kinderhilfe im Bezirk Schwaz. The community initiative works for the well-being of children and ensures that their needs and dreams do not go unnoticed.

Registration is possible from November 2, 2023 - information will follow.

The charity event also serves as a prelude to the Tiroler Schneegaudi.
