Whether it's Norma, Amatriciana, Carbonara, Aglio, olio e peperoncino, making a good sugo yourself is not difficult if you know how. We'll show you how to do it and what to look out for. Of course, we'll also enjoy the homemade sugo with matching pasta. A glass of wine included.
