Schwaz New Year's Concert 2026

The Schwazer Saloniker will once again be performing at the Schwaz New Year's Concert 2026. The concert will take place on Monday, 5 January 2026 in the Silbersaal of the SZentrum under the direction of Dr. Sonja Melzer, the motto of the evening is Music! Music! Music! The Saloniker will perform well-known pieces by Austrian and international composers and will also have a few surprises in store.

The Schwaz Saloniker will be accompanied by the well-known Tyrolean singer Maria Erlacher, Klaus Niederstätter on harpsichord and piano and the adult choir singacross of the LMS Schwaz under the direction of Mara Niedertscheider. One of the highlights of the evening will be the performance by the Caramba dance group, choreographed by Carmen Mitterer.

The evening will once again be hosted by actor Martin Leutgeb, who is sure to have a surprise or two in store for concertgoers.

The Schwaz New Year's Concert has been jointly organized by the Lions Club Schwaz and the city of Schwaz for over 30 years. The proceeds from the sale of tickets and advertisements in the program booklet enable the Lions Club Schwaz to support a variety of social activities.

The organizers wish you a happy new year 2026 and look forward to seeing you again on 5 January.

Admission to the Meistersinger Foyer and opening of the bar at 18:00.

Concert starts at 19:00.
