Heimatbühne Vomp presents "Bankerltratsch", a comedy in 3 acts by Rothammer Christina

The main character of this year's play by Heimatbühne Vomp, the bench, fits exactly three ladies - Hedwig, Irmi and Gisela, who hold their chat there. They are served coffee and cake, which Hedwig, Irmi or Gisela contribute in turn, with the good-natured Hedwig usually doing the baking and the beastly Irmi commenting on the cake with snide remarks, whereupon the open-minded Gisela has to settle their differences. It's a cherished ritual that the three ladies stick to resolutely. And then Sabine suddenly turns up, a landscape gardener by trade and commissioned by the mayor to remove the bench in order to improve the overall appearance of Vomper. The bench is also used by Grandpa Willi to hide from his family from time to time, mainly from Gisela and his granddaughter Nora. Even the priest, who doesn't have an easy time with his headstrong flock, can often be found at the bench rather than at confession. And then there's Alfred, the girl for everything in Vomp. In short: Irmi, Gisela and Hedwig's well-worn everyday life gets a lot of movement, including a few surprises.
