From the famous durum wheat bread from Matera to the Pane di Carlo Alberto (a recipe made by Königshand), we will embark on a baking journey from Sicily to the Aosta Valley. Together we will learn the secrets of bread kneading and shaping techniques and all the tricks of the trade.
