WhaTheFolk?!

Stefan Manges (accordion) and Harri Egger (baritone electric guitar) are WhaTheFolk?! They shape their instrumental influences from folk, blues, jazz and rock into a sonic novelty of energetic rhythms and cosmic melodies. With their commitment to playfulness and diversity, the two experimental musicians unite tradition with progression. They give free rein to the fusion of the folk genre with numerous other musical currents and create their own music as well as new arrangements and interpretations of traditional pieces.

On this evening, the duo will also celebrate the release of their debut album "WhaTheFolk?!", which they will perform in full!

Perin & Barbarossa

Perin & Barbarossa is a duo consisting of guitar and accordion. Marc Perin and Tobias Egger try to create a full sound by mixing percussive elements and rhythmic melodies with a partly rock and also folky sound. Role models are Rodrigo y Gabriela, Herbert Pixner and Tommy Emmanuel, as well as rock and metal bands.
