DAUERMIETER
Franz and Friederike Schmitt spend the winter in the sunny south. During this time, another Schmitt family secretly takes up residence in the namesake's home free of charge. Stefan and Sabine Schmitt want to save on rent. But this requires some logistical effort and then the real Schmitts return completely unexpectedly.
