Over seven days, readings by 30 crime fiction stars will be offered at various locations - Bernhard Aichner will read from his novel "John" in the Freiraum

A spectacular festival is dedicated to the diversity of crime fiction every year - the Krimifest Tirol, which has been held annually since 2017. The Tyrolean public is offered seven exciting days with readings by over 30 crime fiction stars: International stars as well as German, Austrian and Swiss audience favorites.

From gritty urban psychological thrillers to popular serial investigators and charmingly funny regional crime novels, from tranquil country idylls to big city settings, from crime novels to make you laugh to socially critical novels that take a stand on current issues - the diversity of crime fiction is vast. For a whole week, crime fiction will permeate our province, even in the remotest places and corners, and the mountain landscape will become a crime fiction landscape.

Fans of crime fiction will be given the opportunity to meet the authors in person in the Freiraum, where Bernhard Aichner will read samples from his latest novel John.
