Silver mining ensured that the town of Schwaz became the second largest historical town in the Middle Ages after Vienna. This atmosphere can still be felt in the streets and buildings of the town today. During the city tours, long-closed gates give visitors an insight into the past.
Every Thursday from 26.06.2025 to 02.10.2025. From 15:00. Meeting point in front of the Schatzkammer Schwaz (Franz-Josef-Straße 23, 6130 Schwaz).
