Sweet indulgence workshop - doughs and their delicious refinements

In this course, you will learn the basic techniques of patisserie and the art of preparing shortcrust pastry, choux pastry and sponge dough. We will then delve into the further processing of the doughs and conjure up delicious creations with creams, mousses and curds. Perfect for anyone who wants to take their sweet cooking skills to the next level! Please bring: 1-2 tea towels, container for sweets to take away
