Pilates II for beginners * inside and (slightly) advancedPilates is a holistic body workout to strengthen the muscles, in which the deep, small and usually weaker muscle groups are addressed in particular, which are intended to ensure correct and healthy posture. It primarily strengthens the pelvic floor, abdomen and back. The training includes strength exercises, stretching and conscious breathing.
