Schwaz meets economy

The business location of Schwaz is characterized by versatility, tradition and innovation. The silver town and the surrounding region are proudly home to numerous model companies, which are offered a very special stage in the "Schwaz meets business" project.

Every day, you drive past the same large companies on your way to work or school. But what do these companies actually do? Under the motto Schwaz meets business, companies in the Schwaz area can present themselves as part of an exciting project. On October 16, 2024 at 1 p.m., we will give interested parties the opportunity to visit a wide variety of companies conveniently by shuttle bus. This will allow visitors to gain unique insights into the day-to-day work of the companies and find out about job and training opportunities.

Visitor registration is handled via a dedicated website (www.schwaz-trifft-wirtschaft.at) and an online tool. A company tour lasts approx. 90 minutes and participation is free of charge for interested parties. For each company, 50 guests are invited to the company tour in two rounds, with a break of around 15 minutes in between. The aim is to support the regional economy and make businesses tangible for young and old alike.
