Archehof Gröber - street food from the farm

We have always been a family business and a fairly young farm (for a good 20 years), which has been allowed to call itself an Archehof for 5 years. An ark farm works with at least 3 endangered livestock breeds and contributes to their preservation. In our case, these are Alpine Stone Sheep, Blobe goats, Cröllwitz turkeys and Mangalitsa pigs. However, this is only part of the philosophy behind our Gröberhof farm.

Our farm has been marketing its products directly since 2010. These range from fresh meat and herbal products to ready-cooked meals in a jar - the quick plate from Gröberhof. Made with ingredients from our farm. Whether from the barn, from the pasture or from our garden. We attach great importance to the seasonal processing of the harvest, because we capitalize LIFE in the word LIFE food. This also includes being particularly careful with nature's resources, so we promote the preservation of herb meadows and habitats on our farmed land.

Another part of our marketing is our street food from the farm. Burgers with meat and vegetables from our own farm between slices of homemade bread with spicy sauces from the herb garden. Or bosna with lamb sausage or mangalitsa in an easy-to-guess home-baked bread roll. Pressed sausage with herb oil or deep-fried dumplings filled with vegetables or bacon. But also cakes, foam rolls,
