On their fields around Terfens, farmers Georg and Maria Pfurtscheller grow the best Tyrolean strawberries.
In addition to the standard strawberry culture, pumpkin, carrots, garlic and rhubarb are also cultivated in accordance with strict organic guidelines. A real innovation is the Tyrolean fruit nectar, which Georg Pfurtscheller produces together with Florian Hechenblaikner ("floberry") from Reith im Alpbachtal. The exceedingly fruity strawberry nectar is available in our treasure chamber.
