In March 2015, Alex, Martin and Sebastian decided to make their own beer by hand - the birth of the brewing art of Neidhartinger.

The name derives from the farm name "Neidhart", in which the brewery is located. In addition, the imaginary, newly invented Kolsasser district in which the beer is brewed is called "Neidharting". The two sensational types of beer "Kolsasser Helles" and "Bernstein Märzen" were created in countless joint bridal days, both of course brewed according to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516.
