Castle Tratzberg
Exciting time travel to the Middle Ages

This mighty, yet magical castle sits enthroned on a rocky ridge on the slopes of the Karwendel between Jenbach and Schwaz: The magnificent Renaissance Castle of Tratzberg.

Almost no other aristocratic estate has managed to retain so much of its original building structure as Tratzberg Castle. Visitors find Tratzberg Castle’s original interior particularly fascinating.  Guests are accompanied by an exceptionally entertaining audio tour of the castle, where traces of Tratzberg Castle’s former inhabitants can be found everywhere. There are also children's tours and evening tours combined with dinner at the Schlosswirt.
