Weidener Hütte

The Weiderner Hütte is one of six stage destinations along the internationally renowned Inntaler Höhenweg 2000 through the Tux Alps.
From the car park in Innerst - directly next to the Innerst inn - on a forest path down into the valley and slightly down to Nurpensbach. Right over the bridge and uphill to the crossing road. Shortly after a short shortcut through the woods, follow the road leisurely along the road to the beautifully situated Weidener Hütte.

The number 2000 indicates that the Tuxer Alpen Trail leads along an altitude line of 2000 metres above sea level. Average altitude differences of 1800 to 2800 meters have to be mastered. The route leads you high over the Inn valley from Innsbruck's local mountain Patscherkofel to the Kellerjoch or in reverse order. Hikers can enjoy the almost untouched mountain world of the Tux Alps.

In summer the Weidener Hütte is the base for the MTB Transalproute over the Geiseljoch towards Lake Garda.

At the Weidener Hütte you will find a charging station for e-bikes!
