Schutzhütte Lamsenjochhütte

The Lamsenjochhütte is a publicly accessible, managed hut (Category I) of the Oberland section.

The Lamsenspitze is one of the most distinctive and beautiful mountain peaks in the Karwendel. With its majestic rock faces, it towers over three different valleys: the Rißtal, the Falzthurntal, and the Stallental. At its feet lies the Lamsenjochhütte of the DAV section Oberland, a cozy and traditional, yet also modern base for mountaineers. The variety of climbing opportunities around the hut is enormous: the range includes easy hiking trails, exciting mountain tours, as well as airy via ferratas and both sport and classic alpine climbing routes.

The Lamsenjochhütte is a base for the 4-day "Karwendeltour".
