Entry, exit and contact restrictions are currently in effect in Austria. Gastronomy, accommodation and leisure businesses will remain closed until probably the end of April. Exit from Tyrol is only possible with a negative coronavirus test until probably 14.04.2021. A rapid antigen test must not be older than 48 hours, a PCR test not older than 72 hours.
Accommodation establishments may be used in exceptional cases, in particular for professional purposes, until the end of April 2021 for the time being. In addition, lodging establishments may also be entered by people with an urgent need for housing and for the purpose of providing care and assistance to persons in need of support. The accommodation of students for the purpose of attending school - for example boarding schools or apprentice dormitories - are exempt from this regulation. Spa guests and escorts may still be accommodated, provided that an outpatient clinic is attached. In the freely accessible areas, the minimum distance applies to persons outside the household, those who do not belong to the group of guests, and the staff.
